In effort to accomplish the goal of safety of our customers and team we will not be accepting any returns at our facility for short period and due to that all sales are final at this time no exception.

You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund Shipping charges are non refundable. Return shipping is Clients Responsibility, In some cases the Pre Paid return Label will be issued if the return is a Eligible for following reason
Cancellation of Any CGM monitor, CGM sensors, Or any CGM supplies will also lead to 10% to 15% cancellation charges. This is Nearly our cost that Clients Card company charges for incoming and outgoing Funds
PURCHASE OF ANY CGM monitors OR CGM Supplies: We do not accept any return Exchange for any CGM MONITORS AND SUPPLIES (Sensors) if the item is faulty or Has technical issue, you must contact manufacturer for assistance for support or replacements

3. Item was Lost In Transit. ( Carrier Must Confirms or NOT delivered )
Customer must notify any damage or defective item within 7 days after arrival of product. after 7 days any manufacture defect should be address to its respective Manufacturer.
Item That are sold as Open box item, OR sold as a Clearance item Are NON refundable And sold ASIS
Item that were purchased as open box item or clearance , Or are stated on our website description that are sold or shipped to you as a open box item are NON REFUNDABLE or exchangeable. All Open box Diabetes supplies and Other Medical Supplies are all brand new They were pulled out of either original boxes to save you for from shipping or are Clearance sale all item that are sold in those condition will not be exchange or refunded.
All refunds are Processed within 72 hours after Inspection. Product that do not meet our Return policy will be Disposed off.
To Start the return Process login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund. RMA must be issued To return the Item. You must return the Item to our Return Department Address as it was given to you in Email.

We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Buyer(S) is responsible for any Custom issue or Custom Clearance, for any reason if you in International package You Local Custom is not Cleared Medical Supply Corner is not responsible and we will not be able to give you Refund for any Shipping charges.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Once the order is submitted to us our shipping Department will automatically ship the item to you as you issue to us. After those actions are taken we will not be able to Make any changes to the order.
In case of misspelled/ or wrong name Address house number members name apt # zip code or state or country have been sent to us it will be almost impossible for our staff to make any changes to that.
If for any reason you as a buyer have issued us wrong information and package comes back to us , we will have no choice but to cancel the order and refund the amount back minus shipping charges. If the item was purchased with Free shipping promotion a $10.00 fee will be applied and will be deducted from your total amount before refund incase of wrong address or package not been Accepted by shopper.
